Terms & Conditions

• Prices shown are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• You can pay at our store when you collect, or on delivery. If online payment is offered at checkout, it is processed by Razorpay.
• Delivery across Lucknow costs ₹75; pickup from our store is free.

• You confirm you have the right to print everything in the files and text you send (logos, photos, names, brand marks).
• Please check spelling, phone numbers and other details carefully. We check files for print problems, but the content is your responsibility.
• If you ask us to design or set up a template, we send a proof first. Printing starts once you approve it.
• We may refuse to print content that is illegal, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen, and from one paper or batch to another. Small variations in colour, cutting (about 1–2 mm) and quantity are normal in printing and are not defects.

Turnaround times are working-day estimates that start once your artwork is final (and approved, if we sent a proof). We will tell you if anything delays your order. Please collect pickup orders within 30 days.

For any problem with an order, contact us first — we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
